  • Motorcycle Frames

I'm about to buy a much larger oven so that I can do motorcycle and bicycle frames, multiple wheels, etc. I've never had a problem washing and outgassing smaller parts in the past, but due to the size, how do you do a final wash on a frame prior to outgassing? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Tom

A pressure washer could work or if you have access to a heated pressure washer that can be used to apply iron phosphate prior to your final wash.

I've always used something simple, ie a pressure washer / jet wash.

Failing that, you can get hoses for chemicals and heated water which would work well to clean it off.
