You got anything done to your 450R? I kick myself EVERYTIME I race for selling my YFZ I would give anything to have it back and get rid of my LTR450. Dormant granny smith is such a good looking color !! This is my supermoto frame

You're going to enjoy working with that gun Juan. That's a huge step up.

        Best of luck.

I carry a gun because I'm too young to die, and too old to take an ass-whoopin'!

It's GREAT so far man. The hopper is kind of tricky and we're still working out a few kinks in the fluidization but it's an incredible improvement over the previous gun.

That's Crystal Clear SD High Gloss... very nice clear to work with. A bit tricky since it doesn't go on as "white" from what I can tell, but a nice even coat of it provides an awesome finish. Most of PBTP's clears are in that 12-13 bucks a pound range, including this one, so it's a pretty good deal.

Nothing done to it yet. Just a set of nerf bars and sweeeeeeet Sparkle Granny Smith front bumper and grab bar. LOL. Juan and I want to tackle a lot more on it. I'd love to start modding, but the funds aren't readily available. But in time...

Why don't you like the LTR450? I was actually telling Juan I would love to get one of those.

Your frame looks awesome. Any tips on how to get down to the frame on a TRX450R? Juan and I would like to get around to do the frame, but I am clueless on how to remove everything.

I dislike my LTR for several reasons, #1 reason: it doesnt have the SNAP that my YFZ had I love the arm ripping power that YFZs have LTRs come on too mellow, the fuel injection is great dont get me wrong, but I never feel like there is a snap. #2, My YFZ had everything from suspension to wheels/tires, my suzuki has wheels/tires and nerf bars and a cherry bomb nothing else, its pretty much stock. I would love to get rid of it. My YFZ also handled better. Hands down I would give up my suzuki in an instant no questions asked.

Thanks, I took my time doing that frame(lord knows i only wanted to do it once ) The easiest way to get down to the frame is, start with the body work/gas tank get it all off. Then work on getting the motor out. After that you will have a rolling chassis. I would remove the a-arms/spindles as a combo and not seperate them its easier this way, then i would remove the swingarm/rear shock as a combo. basically take it apart in big sections. I can tear a 450R to the frame in about 1hr flat as a matter fact i have 3 of them in my garage(bare frames).

Awesome looking bikes dude! I bolded this section and am going to put you to the test my friend. TRX for your LTR? LOL, jk.

I just love how low the LTRs look to squat so low.

Anyways, I need to find a tear down instructional, any ideas of where to look?

Well we got some more green powder on the way from PBTP so I'm sure you'll be seeing a lot more parts from this bike, starting with those Nerf bars...
