here is a Small Block Chevy Timing Cover in pbtp Pearlescent White with glass clear. it has a small hiccup on it in the clear and some little pink dots ? i have never used this color before so im curious as to what exactly that is all about. i intend on doing a frame in this color with glass clear but i don't want little pink dots everywhere.
Re: Pearlescent White Small Block Chevy Timing cover
Those dots "could be" red powder from a previous job in the gun or your spray area. It would bleed through pinkish. If that's what it is, all you can do is clean your spray area and gun better. It could also be a chemical contaminate bleeding through during the cure cycle. Try spraying a diff part with the same white and clear to see if you have the same probs. Good luck!
