Hey all, A few months ago we shot a Mustang manifold and valve covers in Red starlight. We just got updated pictures with the items installed on the block. I thought I would share with you. Enjoy
I would never question HD...as far as I am concerned he knows just about all thier is to know about PCing. He has helped my out TONS. However when we sprayed this color the, metal of the valve cover came through a bit. There were some scratches on one of them and they bled through....just a bit....SOoooooooo.lol I ended up stripping the first and only one I did at the time, and put a silver base coat on all of the items. Then I hit them with the starlight, and they came out awesome. I believe the powder says 1 coat but even when I put it on, even really heavy..those scratches seemed to bleed through a bit. This input is only from my personal experience with this powder. Customer was floored with the outcome.
