The panel looks purple but when I take a pic it is blue, when I change the direction of the panel it turns from purple to blue...
But remember your hose is not long enough to shoot it anyway

It looks like a royal blue with some purple when looking at a panel dead on, when you tilt the panel, it looks like a lighter candy blue, and then at certain angles it looks like standard blue with a candy appearance.Comment

The blue in that looks the same as cw's dormant sparkle electric blue but there is no flake to that eh? If it is the same color it is a flip flop I don't care what page its on
it is a beautiful rich blue in high light/straight on and goes to a purple on the low light/tangent angle.
That is the cw DSEB with starlight over it so its a bit extra sparkly.
