Do you get a different texture out of the wrinkle red vs the wrinkle black? My red seems to be more of a fine texture, and the black is more rough. very nice job on those wheels!!

I get the exact opposite out of s&s wrinkle black and wrinkle red. The s&s is a fine texture, while the red is pretty rough.

      Nice job carlitos.

It's heavy, yet fine LOL... It's hard to explain and I don't want to pollute carlitos' thread with other pictures. I looks like 120 grit paper, while the wrinkle red appears more veiny almost...

I have a VC here that I'm planning to wrinkle - how much does the wrinkle pattern change with thickness?

Is it possible to alter the roughness with more/less powder or do they always react pretty similar no matter the thickness?

          Thanks.

Jay, that's a good question. Yes, how heavy you lay it on has a lot to do with how it wrinkles. Too little and you'll get almost no wrinkle, too much and you'll get a lot of build up and it will smooth you. I suggest you shoot a few test pieces to get used to it.
