Really Most of the sportbikes i run into want too match the frame...
Everybody else wants Gloss Black.. Long as they want something
Same here !! I have only done one in a different color other then some form of black Speaking of which, I have 3 more sets just dropped off yesterday im not complaining though. I notice you take them apart and reassemble like I do, Do you charge them an assembly/disassembly fee? I charge 20 if i take them apart and put them back together. So far not one has complained about it.
You definitely need to charge a little extra to disassemble and reassemble. When I started out, I learned quickly to take a picture of them before I took them apart so you dont get the footpegs on backwards or upside-down. Seems every brand is just a bit different, and it's hard to remember how they go back together sometimes without a reference. I do that on just about everything that I take apart now. I've wasted a ton of time in the past!

I carry a gun because I'm too young to die, and too old to take an ass-whoopin'!
I'm charging $45 for front controls w/levers and $35 for rear brkts w/pegs and ask for them to be completely disassembled and clean - is that about right?
I'm not getting a lot of business at that price though. I toss out about 4 or 5 quotes for each one I get.
They take me a while to do, and they get their money's worth, so I don't plan to drop the price at all. I really need to be able to get them done quicker, and just bought a pressure blaster that I hope will speed-up the process.
I run 45 front 25 rear when broken down.. Add $20 if i do it..
These dont take me long at all strip blast coat and send back... also put 2 coats on the pegs ..
I give the forum im on a better price since i usually get 3-4sets at a time..
35 for the rear sets if they are a forum member 45 if not, 25 for passenger pegs forum or not. 20 for tear down reassemble. Also i believe wise posted it, but the pegs/mounts have an L and R on them
