    Here's a not so good picture of a intake done in EW primer then PBTP Wet Black then PBTP Glass Clear all shot with a hobby gun no hot flocking.

    That looks real sharp. Did you use the primer to smooth the intake out?

      No, I smoothed it with a die grinder, I used the primer for extra protection.
      The last cast iron intake I did it started rusting in spots after a year or so. I used phosphate on it also.

      I just wished I could take good pictures like the rest of you do.

        I THINK TAKING A DECENT PICTURE IS AS MUCH AS AN ART AS DOING THE WORK ITSELF

          Look for a camera that has auto everything, including in "macro" mode. Mine is a Fuji 8.3 pix, I got it at Wally World for $99 and it works great. When you zoom in on a pic already taken to look at closer, you can also record that end result so the original picture "framing" isn't as critical.
