The Diamond Acrylic clear is your best option, but it will not stay as shiney. Textured pieces will look the best, smooth will dull to just a silver look.

i just shot some ultimate chrome on a box built of alum. treadplate, then cleared it with super durable high gloss clear, the chrome looked great but when i covered it with the clear it turned silver , the product looks great but i wanted the chrome look. thank goodness it's my own box. so if i strip it and re shoot it with the diamond acrylic clear will i get the more chrome look? i can't really tell by the pics you all put on here.

It's nice to get a job out that really looks good like these parts. Getting Chrome to look good under another plastic film is always a challenge.

    Kromozone + Diamond Acrylic Clear

    Hey Everyone,
I wanted to share some experiences with these two products. Not only does the kromozone flow easily but when the diamond acrylic clear is added it gives a solid top coat that keeps the chrome appearance. Hope you enjoy.
