Re: Any pic of Spray Booths
Here's mine, a commercial unit purchased from EW. There is a guy on eBay who sells a very similar unit. I think if you do a search there using keywords "powder coating" or "powder coat" you'll be able to find it.

It is a 4' cube with a plenum wall 2' back. There are (4) 2-compartment bag filters behind the square pre-filters, and also a final filter on top of the fan which is mounted on the square duct blowing out the top. That is a lot more complex than most guys need to start with, but it gives you an idea. Lots of guys build a box from plywood faced with smooth-finished laminate of some kind, and mount a double layer of furnace filters in a frame with a box fan mounted behind to pull the air through. Same principal, and a lot simpler. If you want, you can also duct it outside. Mine doesn't require that, but some may.
Best of luck.Dan

Re: Any pic of Spray Booths
Here's mine. It was a paint booth, donated from my landlord. All galvanized panels of various widths - 8'H x 8'W x 4'D. I rearranged the panels to make it 8x8x8 and had to use the left wall of my blast room to make it work right. Still need filter and a fan, but for now it works great. $80 for good quality laquer paint, and $300 for the wet-proof lights. Booth was a freebie if I could make it work. For that price - I FOUND a way!
