Looks awful thick to be sprayed on powder. The look is something similar to using saran wrap and laying it on wet paint, then lifting it off. You could poss try the liquid to powder and treat it like doing paint?
The black one??? But the red one could be done if you had a powder like the black ice and cured it and then after it cooled down use a brush to put the other color on to suit you and then bake it again? All I can say is that its neat for sure whatever it is?
