I've got trans blue, but are you meaning flat as in no gloss? I did some chrome valve covers last summer. But that was gloss. Or were you referring to the surface area?
ANODIZED BLUE TRANSPARENT (FLAT) is a colour that PBTP has listed on the site.
If youre trying to match that valve cover, I dont believe its anodized/flat blue. This was done by HP-Powdercoating, he said it was trans blue with a matt clear. It looks really close to anodized.
