  • Powder wont chip

I powder coated a piece of aluminum for a customer that had it CNC machined with a poem to use as a gravestone for an animal. The piece came out great and didnt chip or crack.

That is awesome CNC work. At first, my A.D.D. got the best of me and I just went straight to the images and thought, "Damn, there is not way this guy sat there and masked all that script off!" LOL.

      Great work!

I wish I could take credit for the CNC work but I cant...lol. I only coated the front and sides of it with satin black and a clear coat. I am not sure who did the CNC work but they did a heck of a job. I am glad they wanted the lettering to stay in aluminum because I would have hated to try and mask that sucker. Probably would have had to try out the powder to liquid if that was the case.
