I did a couple of wheels mirror white and then clear coated them with the Diamond Acrylic Clear. Afterward I noticed that some red powder from a previous job must have been gotten on it somehow. My question is, can I put another coat of mirror white over the clear and then clear coat again? I would do it with the glass clear but can I do it with the acrylic.

Re: Coating over Diamond Acrylic Clear?
i was just wondering if it made it any different shade of a look.
if you take like a glass clear on mirrior whites sometimes you can see a different
color tint to it.
and also does it look any thing like super durable wet white?
they are all just ?????'s buddyComment

Re: Coating over Diamond Acrylic Clear?
Sorry for the late picture. I think the wheel looks even better with the clear. I'm not sure that the glass clear would do but the acrylic looks awesome. I figure when it comes to things like wheels the clears (even if it's thin) will give that extra bit of protection. I believe that the parts have to stand up and looks come second.Comment
