Thats a Marchesini wheel, good luck with that. I've never seen anything that matches.

Do you think its anodized and not powder coated?

Thse appear to be from a Ducati, maybe an MV Agusta? They look very similar to the Marchesini wheels on my Ducati. Mine aren't the gold though, mine are dark charcoal, almost black. It *looks* to be a powder coat, to my untrained eye. I don't think they're plated.
