A couple of quick questions for you.

Do you have a picture of the part that you can post?

What was the COMPLETE process that you used to coat your item?

What powder are you using?

What is the air pressure when you pull the trigger all the way down?

Lets pin-point the problem and get you back on track! I would love to sell you a Wagner, but you might get the same results if there is something missing somewhere else in your process.

Hey guys, without getting a bias sales pitch, what do you recommend for a decent gun for a newbie to the powder coating field? I have one of the cheapo Eastwood jobs..it's kind of a struggle to get a good layer on a part...coating a pulley was a real trip getting it in the grooves. Is there a rule of thumb for how much voltage you need to charge a given part? Maybe I need a good manual, where could I find such? Dan
