Someone is watching over me.
I havent had this much too do since i started PC'ing a few years ago, The minute i get layed off everyone needs something coated
This will be the Very First Frame I do. Honda 50cc in Mirror Orange.
I really need to get a bigger oven cause this thing barely fits. And a new compressor. Any ovens on sale Ted, some 08 leftovers ???

Also wanted to say Thanks to all of you.
By the way what would this cost to do?

I had to go back and look. I see no mention of a mirror orange problem, I thought you just wanted a pic of mirror orange.

He said he just had a rough time with it, it shot like a candy and was hard to get coverage.

I will shoot a test piece first just in case.

The mirror orange on that frame might give problems with edge coverage on the sharp edges. I usually shoot a light coat and cure then put on a second coat as normal when a powder gives me that problem. The mirror orange is not very overbake stable and will turn yellow if you get it too hot.

I would charge $125-150 for that frame.

I figured it would be diff. on the edges. I coming up with a defelctor for my oven now to keep the heat from beating on the parts. I had the same problem with mirror red cant describe the color it came out to be.

If you had a prob with mirror red you will definitely have a prob with the orange. I shoot the red all the time and have never had a problem with it. Sounds like you do need a deflector in place.

Currently i use one of these (pic below)for my heat source and being that my parts hang over it sometimes i use a Bakeing sheet to cover the burners. Thats prob. not considered a deflrctor but it works. I was just leaning it over the burners,but i think i will secure it to the inside wall and leave it.

Thanks. I didn't realize your oven was a propane burner type.
My oven is electric and I saw this about the deflector and was wondering incase this is something I should have.
