Hi guys and gals I am in the market for business property insurance. I would like to know what are some of the better insurance companies for small businesses. I know insurance cost will vary from location to location but what rates are to be expected. I am I have a 500 square foot building located in North Georgia if that helps any. Thanks for your time.

None of the Insurance Co's I approached ever got back to me. They didn't know what powder coating was and didn't want to learn. And then they come up with a list of about 6 different policies I would "have" to get.......blah, blah, blah. 1300 a month. Whatever

        Re: Business Insurance

I was told here in ND that it's actually fairly inexpensive. My shop is currently covered under my homeowners insurance because it's my "storage space" for my vehicles. If I ever had a fire or something that they had to pay a claim on, I'd be covered...once. Then they'd probably drop me if they found out I was using the space to conduct a business. If can't remember exactly what was quoted, but I seem to remember it was less than $1000 a year.
