Could be the cherry switch inside the gun. Unhook the cable that goes from the gun to the control box. Then turn the control box on and see if it still sprays powder. If it doesn't it's the gun.

Thanks guys. I took the case off. My setup is differant then the pic you have. I do not have a extra line hook before the solenoid switch is that a problem?.

After messing with it i try it again and now its working however i am not getting a consistant flow. I re-adjust the rinse air couple of time but inconsistant.

Sorry guys but if i know more about the switches and what the really do instead of just turning and see what is happening it might help.

Do you have the power switch on "1" or "2"?

switch to 1. however i tap the solenoid and it started to work, like my old chevy used to do with the starter

Later that day i hook it up according to the pic that emeraldcoatings had showed wiith the extra air line to the bottom of my hopper (ahead of the solenoid switch) and rinse air line hook into the gun.
That was even worse. Powder came flying out of the gun even down to 2 psi with separate regulator). The only way to stop the powder flow was to turn down to 0 on the regulator or shut of powder off all together. Did i hooked it up wrong or what

I hooked it back the orginal way just so get some work done. With orginal setup i get a blast of powder before it settled down to a even spray pattern. Is this normal? The psi was about 3-4 psi. Air compressor is at 65 psi

Sorry guys for being stupid here but I am trying to figure this gun out. Hate to go back to my EW hobby gun.

You may just have a plain old sticky valve in the solenoid. Have you called Matthew at PBTP? He's very helpful and can help you with this issue and solve your problem so you can move forward.
