You mean a cbr1000, don't you? If it is, the frame would be about $150 for 1 coat, the swingarm another $75. (Blasting for both would be extra - I outsource my bike frame blasting) If I remember correctly, the Honda swingarm is filled with an insulating foam compound that will melt if it gets much hotter than about 350 f. The one I did, I cured at 350 for 30 minutes after it reached temp.

Yeah, I saw it when I was blasting it. Made me pretty nervous because I'd never seen that before and I really didn't want a puddle in my oven, so I played it safe and cured a bit lower. I saw it melt a little at the holes but for the most part it wasn't affected. I found out later as zx10 said that it's probably for vibration dampening, and as far as I know, Honda is the only one that does that.

I just did a search and found this thread.........I have two Honda 954rr swing arms sitting in que, the sun hit a small hole in one just right as I was walking past today and I saw the foam in it .....so the trick is to do a low/long cure and it sould be ok?????
You should be. I just guessed at my cure time adjustment. If you are using PBTP powders, a phone call or email to Matt or Shelly should be able to get you a chart of time adjustments for lowered cure temps, along with minimum recommended cure temps for the powder you're using.
