Sure can just make sure you take out all the pucks, all the rubber boots, and any other rubber that may be on them. And be sure to plug all the holes prior to coating. Especially where the lines go, you don't want to get powder in the holes where fluid runs through it. Check these out.

my friend wants his calipers coated mirror red i just wanted to know if it will mess them up i only have a diy gun form sears but the powder is form pbtp

You need to completely disassemble them, I am taking mine apart now for my supermoto.
