I'm new to the PC'ing world and have been wanting to try some of the extreme chrome powder. The pics I've seen of the results have been really nice. So I ordered and received the powder. I shot my first piece of aluminum with it and let it cure at the exact temp that it said and it came out more of a silver than a chrome look. I tried putting it on as thin as I could but with the same result. I'm using a PC gun from craftsman and PBTP extreme chrome. In the 2nd pic it looks gray or silver. The 1st pic you can see the reflection of the pillow with the beads shining. Both pics are of the same piece just taken at a different angle. Is there anything you guys can suggest me to try for a better result. Thanks for any reply.

Re: Just wondering where I went wrong
Extreme Chrome does have a blueish tint, if you want the closest to chrome, it must be Ultimate Chrome .... if you have any questions regarding any of the products and recommendations, please contact the office for guidance, we are always happy to give full disclosure of the best products for the finish you need.
