Custom Powder Testing!

Hello to all,


I have some ideas that have been kicking in my head. Since I can not coat at this time, I am wondering if anyone wants to try some custom powder testing?

Here is one idea I have had for a little bit.

1.) Black wrinkle or texture under a transparent or candy.

Has anyone tried this yet? I know we have seen it over vein.... Add a little flake if you want to give it a little extra pop.

The challenge is up and my head is FULL of ideas.

Hell I might have to get the airless gun, some test plates, and a heat gun!

I have some black SS wrinkle I could try under candy red or blue if you wanted me to? It would probably take me afew days to do since I haven't been at the shop since the weekend because of this crazy heat up here.

Try it out if you want. Its more of having fun trying new things. (Think outside of the box)

If its easy for you to do, lets see how she comes out!

i tried candy red over matt black. gave the black a very small red effect and of course it made the black gloss.

Good Point.....Might have to do this....Heavy wrinkle or texture black, Silver Sparkle, then the top coat (Candy or Trans)

I'll give it a shoot in the next few days and see what happens and post the results.

Didn't TNC do that awhile back with a flat or matte black and red candy? I think it was on a bike wheel...
