  • Anyone silk screening graphics like HD is?

Another approach would be to use a powder coating that has photoinitiators built into the formula. This formula will allow you to photographically print your graphics "into" the coating, making the graphics as durable as the coating itself. This method is now employed by the appliance industry when they apply the graphics on the inside of laundry washer lids. These graphics explain how to operate the washer and when to use bleach, etc. Your powder supplier should be able to discuss this methodology with you.

^^^WOW! um...excuse me...my powder supplier...can you get that? I assume this is something like film until it cures? thats got to be hard to handle...cant get it in the light till its cured? That is just insane...i want a powder coat camera please!

I finally got rid of my orange peel camera. Can't wait to get the new "image shooter" gun from Wagner!

I carry a gun because I'm too young to die, and too old to take an ass-whoopin'!

We've tried vinyl before.. it can't be cut small enough unfortunately. Most of the text is 0.125" and smaller.. Trying to avoid clear coat if at all possible.

            Not sure what you mean?

            Thanks for the help!

That looks like a great solution for larger items.. but the size of the text is very small.

                Thanks

What about rubber stamp ink? Dye based, no mil buildup. just a thought.

We're going to try some ink from Proell... it's for pad printing as well as screen.
I'm surprised there isn't more info on this
