Got a guy who says he wants a bulk quantity (dont know exactly how many yet but lets say 40 at a time). Just give me a rough guess on say mirror black for one of these car show display stands. They are about 4' tall and about 1' wide.
How are you going to hang them..is there a hole or something? How many can you cure at one time in your oven? Get a "firm" quote on the # at a time, the "sucker you in thing for the cheaper price" and NOT having that many was just talked about here recently!
Thanks BeeBob. This guy is actually a friend, and the number is really close on how many he wants done at a time. (35 to 45 at a time) I did two of them for people he sold to in the past, and he caught on and liked the idea, so he is thinking bulk.
I can cure 10 at a time (if he wants 10 of the same color at a time that is) and if not the price goes up.
He is a friend in buisness! He is going to get the money back out of the customer, so Im not worried at all bout that. If it were a favor for him, for something personal, I understand completely how you feel. This is a buisness transaction only.
No way I'd do those for $10 each. Like Streetwerkz said, figure a per-foot price. Those would be closer to $30 or so each with chemical prep only. Remember you're doing both sides of a fairly large surface area.

I carry a gun because I'm too young to die, and too old to take an ass-whoopin'!
I'm getting $10 each for a 5' by 2" piece coated both sides with no blast, only cleaning and 10 at a time. These I would put in the $25+ at 40 units...
