      Coating in manufacturing using large hoppers and multipule booths. Very difficult application due to the volume and the required mil thikness- base coat primer 12 mils no preheat, top coat Super Durable TGCI Polyester, no preheat

          12 mils applied cold? I get back ionization at about 3 mils!

              Wow...you would have to find a really big pvc pipe to make one of those

              That stuff is really cool. A 500# hopper?!!? ack what is with the 'blow and go'? is that to make sure of faraday areas or missed spots?

                ahhh so w all the extra powder floating about they can run the parts through there faster eh?

                Very neat stuff. That is a heck of a lot of guns there. Must be nice to have industrial sized checks when you order stuff I bet they could set up a half dozen custom coater shops w the extra parts they have to keep on hand.

                      well this may be a personal question...but just how big is your blender king?

                      I have heard mention of this elusive blender...you guys just got the big one recently eh? how about a pic of that? That has got to have 1 heck of a motor on it eh.
