Cal Davis and family are good friends. I took my powder coating class there. Mark Davis is a very good instructor, especially when he is talking powder coating and cars. Take my word for it, when you leave you will be more informed and thinking what a great day you just had. Not to mention how many new friends you have made.

i have concidered taking that cource, but i'm looking for somthing for a more advanced coater, as i fear that that cource might just be teaching material for a beginning into powder coating.

Mark is the man!!
the course is for Beginners- advanced I would say.
ALOT more than process, and application, alot of common sense day to day operational info that saved us a ton of time, and money!!
My wife and I both took the course about 4 years ago, and took alot away from it.
I recommend it for anyone serious about custom powder coating.
I too would like to see a more advanced course.... who knows?

Their classes are cheaper then PCI's. By a decent amount. I'd try and do some of that if my work load steps up a bit. right now slower than slow. No money to spend on the classes.
Either way it looks like a great way to expand my knowledge.... or anyone elses.
