  • Metal Craft Tools Review from one of our members

Cal Davis and family are good friends. I took my powder coating class there. Mark Davis is a very good instructor, especially when he is talking powder coating and cars. Take my word for it, when you leave you will be more informed and thinking what a great day you just had. Not to mention how many new friends you have made.

i have concidered taking that cource, but i'm looking for somthing for a more advanced coater, as i fear that that cource might just be teaching material for a beginning into powder coating.

I'm very interested also. If things go well I would like to get Kiel and I set up with a course.

        Mark is the man!!
the course is for Beginners- advanced I would say.
ALOT more than process, and application, alot of common sense day to day operational info that saved us a ton of time, and money!!

My wife and I both took the course about 4 years ago, and took alot away from it.
I recommend it for anyone serious about custom powder coating.
I too would like to see a more advanced course.... who knows?

The facility & staff were great. Maybe they can have a class that "piggy backs" off the rodeo next year?

Their classes are cheaper then PCI's. By a decent amount. I'd try and do some of that if my work load steps up a bit. right now slower than slow. No money to spend on the classes.

Either way it looks like a great way to expand my knowledge.... or anyone elses.

yea, i'm very interested also, but its just trying to figure out when to go. i'll be in ky in feb, if its not on that weekend then maybe i could figure something out. although it would be a nice bike ride there too. hmm
