Hey guys im new to the whole powder coating thing. i picked up a craftsman gun. (i know i know) after a couple of easy modes the air and powder were flying just fine
but as i dont know the do's and dont's and theres alot of opinions out there. i thought i would ask
to start im just using a small toaster oven that i can do some small parts in.
1. as i cant hang them to bake do to size restrictions. if i powder one half bake it let it stand for a couple hours to fully cure. can i the flip the item spray that side and back it with out the wire rack messing up the coat i already did?
2. say i have a part powdered in red and i would like to mask off and do a design in yellow powder. can i just powder of what is there or is there anything i must do first?
