  • Harley price check please

Harley springer front end 2 inch over stock(aftermarket),strip paint and blast, coat of kl primer and coat of sd wet black. The old paint won't be hard to get off it looks like some cheap satin black (maybe spray can). What's a fair price for this job? Thanks!

I don't think there would be that much difference in work, I was kinda thinking about $150.00 - $200.00, anybody else have any input? By the way thanks for the reply!!

I guess maybe I'll charge $225.00 then...that should be more than fair for kl primer and sd wet black.
            Thanks all!

That $200 and up range is not out of line. A springer frontend consists of about 10-12 separate parts.

how much would all yous charge just for the lower legs? i have a guy that wants the lower legs done on a wide glide. i have to sand down harleys clear coat, which i'm thinking is just regular paint, and sand off the corrosion. i've tryed beed blasting these and it make the top coat look horrible, so i'm thinking of just hand sanding them smooth, and shooting it with SD black. I was thinking $100.00, is that too steep?

I would think $80 to $100 would be in the ballpark.

$75-$80. The coatings on those legs are powder not paint.
