What are the do's and don'ts to top coating powder types different from the basecoat ? ie, poly's,hybrids,tgic,etc.

Because I am a Blonde I am confused by your question but I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities. Powders are either for interior or exterior use, depending on the powder. This is due to exterior weatherability. You can top coat an interior product with a exterior product to allow for weatherabilty. If you are using two powder's that do not get along well...fully cure the base coat before applying your top coat.

It's the powders not getting along well... That I am referring to. I understand interior powders can be coated with a topcoat to protect them. Clears,candies,etc.
So as long as their fully cured you are good to go. Thanks
