    Got a set of nerf Bars...

    What do these go for blasted and coated Mirror Black??
    Also is there anything special I need to know about Chrome Molly?? Guy is having a swingarm made out of it and wants it coated..

    I just did a set of these for a friend (no charge, owed him) but I would put them between 30-40 a piece. $60 would be on the minimum and $80-$100 max. Just depends on how much I have to dissemble (pegs) or if there are any other small pieces like the foot grip deals and the spacers between them.

        Well if you think you can get 50 each, then go for it. I'm just going based on what I did last week, my buddy blasted them himself and it took a few minutes to coat. Prep was easy since they were already bare metal, just light blasting. I agree with you, $100 for everything seems like a good price.

          one thing to point out to your customers on pieces like this is that there are a lot of faraday areas on nerf bars..due to the brackets that the netting loops through.

            I had no problem getting powder on these, just have to shoot them first and then shoot the entire piece. Turn the kv down in those areas and then turn it back up for the large areas.
