Yes, I'm still fighting Mirror Black. I laid a heavier single coat of Mirror Black on the shock tubes for a motorcycle. They look good except for the edges. Should I scuff them down before a 2nd coat or do you just coat right over the 1st coat? I'm not used to 2nd coating most things.
When you have an issue, a picture is always key to help everyone assist you better. Just a tip for future reference.
Thanks
It's two 2yr. old babies running around in our house and my wife not even knowing I'm sneaking on to the computer. She barely gives me time to powder coat even though she claims she still wants me to do it. I will try to get some pictures when I can.
I used an Eastwood Pro gun on the 1st coat trying to put it on at all angles. I've got a Wagner I will use to put the 2nd coat on with. I'll break out the file next time. Thanks...
