I'm not a fan of "all caps" fonts, but it's executed well here.

I really like the simplicity but would change the "by appointment only" to "please call for appointments" ??? But i do love the card

That's actually a really good idea. "Call for Appointment" should keep it brief and to the point. Good call!

Made a couple of changes since I do work out of my house I took my street address off I really dont like the idea that people just might show up when I am not here, which is most of the day sice I still have a day job.

What do you think.
