This candy covered real well everywhere but the "bottom" as it was hanging while I was spraying. Can I just shoot another coat straight over this or do I need to sand? The mid coat is silver explosion. Thanks

This is what it is supposed to look like!
I believe youre going to need to sand it down. if you shoot over the candy it will make it darker and you will have uneven colors.
Definitely don't try to sand it if its shot over a metallic, or you'll be redoing the whole thing. A second coat should even it out nicely. Just don't go quite so heavy (but still get good coverage) where it turned out good the first time.

I carry a gun because I'm too young to die, and too old to take an ass-whoopin'!
I ended up spraying another coat of the candy right on top and it came out real well. It has a nice deep look to it! But now like RideInd said, I am gonna have to lay another candy coat on the front fender to match it now.
