Either one they are both available most anytime, each has been relisted. Have you used one of these or something similar?

Well, I broke down and bought a mil gauge. Just like the one in the first post but a different seller. Got the $300 dollar gauge and a digital dual thermocouple thermometer for $260 free shipping. It's all tiawanese but seems to function very well. May have gotten it cheaper waiting on bidding but I was impatient. Also rec'd it in 2 days.
