  • Damn.My oven is too small.

First major loss due to the oven size which is 4x4x6.THe sign company in my town makes CNC signs for high end Hotels and Resorts in Whistler and other areas. They contacted me a few weeks back for some upcoming jobs, here is the one that i lost out on due to the signs being bigger than my oven by 1 foot. This Resort would have been awesome to do work for as well as for any promotion type stuff.

Crack the door and build a prego section for them. It sounds like a good gig, and ghetto riggin it might be the trick for the large signs.

Grab some certainteed duct boarding and build a small wedge for teh door crack and there ya have it. Prego oven for a 60 dollar sheet of duct board.

Its 7 1/5 feet long and about 3' tall.I'll see what i can do,tried the corner to corner and its 7feet.At least i'll get the smaller signs out of these guys which is good. This Nita Lake Lodge would have looked good on the website.

I think it would be foolish to not find a solution for the few signs that would be that large.

I have a prego section on my oven and the duct boarding holds heat better than the oven portion does LOL.

I built mine 4x4x7 and know I wish it was 8x8x8 and I'm sure when I build (won't be for awhile) a 8x8x8 I will want 16x16x10 and then I'll want...............

Well the sign co. wants me to do their smaller projects which is cool with me.The 7 footer i had to pass on as i'm already swamped with work.4 bikes,2 Valve covers and about 20 parts of a honda civic-set of Motorcycle wheels and 4 wakeboat racks all sitting waiting for powder.Spent the day blasting everything and don't have anytime to do the oven extention--only 3 more weeks till a Vegas wedding/Vacation.
