From a fellow rider...
"Sorry to bother you but I could use a little help. To make a long story short the guy that coated my parts is not willing to work with me over these parts, he says the deal is done and won't refund any of my money so I told him I would see him in small claims court. He says it's ( hair line cracks in the clear, gold chiping off) the Gold powder. I have not contacted Powder By the Pound yet but plan to. It may be asking to much but would you be willing to write me a letter based on what you know about the Gold Powder, how you feel it performs, and how often you have used it. If you have a company letter head and are willing to do this that would be great. I will give Powder BY The Pound a call and see if they can help as well."
He asked my advise a while back about the Sun Gold I said its a Great color but requires a clear coat to protect it from oxidation... So he buys the powder(SUn Gold) From PBTP, says his coater has a clear already (Dont Know what kind or from were) .. He gets his parts back and some are ok, some are craking and chipping, others are milky looking.. I explained what the problems were and why... So know hes asking my help in the above letter... What do I do, Im not a legal bus. I just run out my Garage. I hate for him to loose his money for a crappy job but I dont know what to tell him....
