how do you clean the gun cup? just wipe and blow excess powder out of it? does it come with instructions? comeing off a hobby gun i'm sure i'm going to re-learn how to use this one!!

It looks to be identical to the gun I have with a very few slight differences. I remove the gun tip and the insert behind it, blow out thoroughly with compressed air from the barrel end (being very careful not to accidently squeeze that trigger while you're doing it ), then blow out the cup and blow any powder from the cup end by putting the blowgun tip as far in the cup as possible and squeezing the trigger at the same time (pointing it away from myself ). The air from the cup combined with the feed air from the gun does a good job of cleaning. Disassemble the tip and blow it clean as well, reassemble, and you're done. About 2 minutes.

        Best of luck.

I carry a gun because I'm too young to die, and too old to take an ass-whoopin'!

Yup. That cleans it out from both directions. Gets it pretty much spotless.

I always blow air both ways. I never had any problems from doing that.

I do on the EW hobby gun and the Caswell gun I use. But thats the way I understood the instructions. Blow out throughly with air.

What I like about this gun is that the parts can be replaced (not a throw away) and we stock them here. Yes, there is an instruction manual that comes with the unit which we also have on a PDF.
