  • Spray rack

I was playing with my "erector set" again and came up with a rolling spray rack for small and multiple items. Grounding the bar across the top grounds anything hanging on it, so no more "one at a time" small stuff. Two uprights and no shelves are alot easier to get around and keep clean than the 4 poles and shelving wire on my old rack. Cheap, easy to build and no welding required....

Sweet Idea. I use to have lincoln logs, don't think I could pull that off.

The ground wire you have attached that goes through the wall, does that go back to your gun or a ground rod in the ground?

          Re: Spray rack

I got the swivels from EW.

          The grounding "wires" are:

The thick black wire goes outside to the earth grounding rod and connects to the spraying frame.

The small black wire goes from the earth grd connection to the hanger for parts.

The 3rd wire ( hard to see ) is the grounding wire from either the Wag control box or the EW pro grd and that connects to the earth grd connection.

When doing multiple parts at the same time, the small black wire gets attached to the cross bar and grounds everything thats hangs from it.
