buy the attached photo item. Is it worth getting and using? I'm not sure, but I do believe it will do some good with airline moister. If I'm thinking right, it should. Is this thinking correct? If so then where would I want to place it? It has a 120 volt cooling fan with an air inlet and an outlet.

Everyone I know of that has used a refrigerated air drying unit like that say they work great. If the price is right and it doesn't work, you can always sell the fan to someone building an oven or spray booth!

Yep, top of the line for moisture removal is a refridgerated dryer. As for location, as far from the compressor as possible, yet still upstream of the first air station/equipment/etc.
