i will post these pictures but i know they are blury and hard to see. my camera is c**p. doing second coats with my ez-35 gun results in some areas not atracting the powder and/or circles appearing. tried backing away, lowered the voltage increasing/decreasing air to gun , it's the same . i think the pics are o.k. to get the idea of what it looks like. i have tried several differant powders and still get the same results. i make sure i clean the part with an alcohol wipe and dry before i coat a second time. the ground to the part is good. any ideas?

Re: second coat problem with ez-35 gun
It's definitely starbursts. Not sure what adjustments EZ-35 gun has, but this should give you a place to start.

Re: second coat problem with ez-35 gun
one of the pictures shows what i gues you can call a starburst(more of a round ring). the other area are divets that i was trying to cover with the primer coat to hide them. those areas with the divets in them seemed to not want to be covered up by the powder(thats the cluster you see together). i ended up hotflocking it and it came o.k. but i will try lowering the voltage(my gun goes 15-35v) and uping the air pressure.Comment
