My broken static tube

I got the ebay gun and works well. After a stressful cross contamination mishap I found the static tube is cracked down the casting line on the tube. I urge all with the gun to check theirs to make sure you don't have the same problem. The tube can be pushed out with a rubber hose through the gun barrel. The place I bought it from in Canada was helpful in replacing the part under warranty.

How do you get at it to check it?

Pulled the 4 screws out of the backend and you can get at the guts of the gun. I pushed out the tube through the barrel. The tube has threads on it, but they dont screw into anything. Its a friction fit.

Don't need one, they sent the replacement tube out very fast. I wasn't coating any thing while it was broken, so I didn't need a loner gun.
