Whether you have noticed it or not, it has come to our attention that our competitor has been using the forum to negatively sell against us. However the forum was designed as a tool for our customers to give and receive technical information to help better serve one another. I hadn't noticed, but I have been out of commision for awhile. Using another site to sell your own product is inexcusable. When I figure out who it is I will not be sending any business their way.

I stopped doing business with said company almost a year ago because of lack of support ("Never seen or heard of that problem before") is always their response. Customer service does not end with fast shipping. Call with a problem to these other companies and see what happens they will fail to return calls and not have any solid info to help with. Ask one of these other companies to carry a new color or specific product and see what happens. I dont buy exclusively here because I dont think its fair to PBTP to have to order a color in just for me to buy 1 or 2 pounds especially of an odd color so I will sometimes go with someone that I know carries it. That has bitten me once lately because I got a bad batch of lolipop blue that will not fully cure initial phone contact with the supplier was fruitless so I called back and told them I was returning it for them to test they received it monday but I have not heard any results yet.

To deliberately spam a competitors site is wrong if you cant do it on your own then get out of the race.

I just hope PBTP will let people show pictures of there projects, and name the powder they used to achieve those results. I do like how king lets us know PBTP can get this same powder, and provide her great customer service.

That was not at all the issue here. This was another competitor directly spamming the site. I dont believe PBTP is trying to censor anyone here Just keeping the riff raff at bay!!

At the risk of sounding nosy, or starting an issue. Which company was spamming? I would like to know so that I do NOT deal with them any more. If you stoop to those tactics, I dont wana deal with you
