Need some help:

I am working on quoting a job for a company that has cast iron parts.Is there some special techniques that I need to do...outgassing??

Any help would be great..I would be looking at an average of 5000 pcs per month.

any cast part needs to be outgassed before coating! a primer would also be recommended and then a topcoat...

We would be putting on a Gloss black...is there a base coat you would suggest.

I typically og for an hour at 50 degrees above the cure temp of the powder I'm applying. After og'ing clean and degrease again.

No reblast?
