  • Has any one use this?

It will handle 500 and says good under powder coating.

And I could have had some if I had looked it up quick enough when my son told me that they didn't carry "All Metal" but had "Metal to Metal" he was at a auto parts store where he was getting my paint for the BMW.

    What you think Harley DaddyO

Evercoat has one also but says nuthing about heat. I will contact them and see what they say. And 50 bucks is a deal if it will make something that other wise can not be coated.

The devcon its not and you have more money than me you try it I am going to call the parts house tomorrow but I just bet they sell the Evercoat and it? But at least it says what it can be used for and the rest of them don't except maybe LabMetal and I don't like working with it worth a SHT. Just use the JB weld and know it works every time with out a hitch on any thing I use it on and been using it for 20 years or more.

Hey Harley DaddyO they want $20 shipping on the stuff????????? They got an email to answer on that charge for sure? Maybe we can get it together on shipping? Or you just drive up and buy some maybe? You are closer to Toronto, Ontario than most of us.

I ask them if they had state side distributors so maybe I will get some info back?

it comes in small containers to make up the liter?

Just got this back from Evercoat. It want work looks like? Because I metal need to get to like 400 not the oven temp?

              Duke,

The only product we have to be used with powder coating is our Metal-2-Metal #889. You can apply heat at 450 degrees for a period of time in which the metal will reach a peak metal temperature of only 260 degrees. The peak metal temperature is the maximum temperature that the metal should be heated to.

Thank you for using our products.

              Sincerely,

              Jacqueline Christos

The other company does have a sells rep in Mont Perlier OH They said might get it shipped cheaper than having to get it from CA? Will let you know when I receive some info back.
