Only ever seen Conduit Locknuts in 1/2" pipe size the smallest.

Can I make a suggestion? Instead of using epoxy on the fittings, why not use the thin nuts for securing electrical fittings and pipes to junction boxes? I used similar hose fittings on a test hopper cap and they stayed nice and tight with them....just a thought!

I will check what size fittings I used. It is Steel Brake line coming out of the gun. The fittings, I forced fitted it into the plastic, as there were no threads. It now has threads, compliments of the fittings. The container I drilled holes for the fittings that I got from Hardware store and epoxied them in place.

Didn't want to intrude on Beebob's Hopper thread so here is the Caswell Gun conversion to a hopper. First off let me say that It worked fair, but the biggest problem is the CC jug that I used. With the amount of air it takes to make the powder flow, it would swell the jug up and blow powder out around the lids threads. So, that will have to be addressed with a different heavier duty jug with a seal for the lid.
