    A site suggestion.

Is it possible to have a downloadable page with all the bake schedules listed by the color description? Or print the cure schedule on the label you apply to the bag.

I have to run back to the house everytime I spray a new color just to check the cure time. Its rather annoying.

    Thanks.

I like the idea of having it on the bag label. I don't have internet at my shop, so downloadable still wouldn't work for me.

On the bag would be cool. Downloadable would be just as good. One could always print it and hang it up next to his air conditioner. Or do a web page of them on your site and we could right click and print.

Only the office & powder storage is air conditioned.

I was going to post this same question. I'm in the process of wiring Internet into my shop but it's still a pain to look it up.

                  Is it hot in here?

OKay, got us with that one, but wouldn't it be easier to keep one sheet with them all instead of digging thru all your packing slips.

That would be easier....I plan to make a spread sheet in excel of the powders I use most of the time. It is always easy to add to it that way. I will probably keep my packing slips handy too for any powders that I don't use consistantly.

Thanks for all the tips....I read what you guys post all the time. Great help in this business.

I do the same. I actually have a column on my spreadsheet that has a number sequence matching the label on the bottom of each sample bottle. This way I can see how each sample bottle was coated to achieve consistency and avoid experimenting with the same powder.

Each line also has a column for matching the order number on the packing slip and I keep those in the same folder

Yeah, I also have column for notes to myself about anything that I might need to remember when I spray each color. It has come in handy many times.
