Re: KING COAT GUN PUMP
ok now I have 3 qustions.
1. what keeps th powder from going out the vent in the hopper?
2. should the 2 air sources for the pump come from the same location and be the same presure?
3. how should the KING GUN control unit be hooked up to get all the air lines needed? Are there mods needed to be done to the control unit to make the retro kit and hopper work proper?

Re: KING COAT GUN PUMP
For those who want pictures just go back and find my cup modifications thread.Go to your local Festo dealer or other supplier who deals with metric hardware and buy yourselves two 8 mm t's and 8mm tubing for input air to the top of your guages. From the bottom of the quick connects on the guages you will need 3x 6mm tubing(included with gun) two tubes go to pump and third tube goes to fluidize air in the bottom of the hopper. The above fluidizes the powder when the trigger is pulled. You can disconnect your air sprayer and send it's input air line to the hopper fluidizing guage thus fluiding your powder constantly and only needing one 8mm T. You can buy quick connectors to go through the metal enclosure or just go from the guages with the 6mm tubing through an extra drilled hole for the fluiding air and dosage air(bolt in back)
