      Thats awesome!!!

I want to learn how to do this really bad, what are the steps in your process? Polish first, last, etc....

My limited experience with this has been faraday at its finest. how do you over come that?

      Thanks

do the polishing first , to overcome the faraday effect is mostly by turning the voltage down and also lowering the air pressure a lot to keep the powder from bouncing back out of the tight areas .
biggest problem for me is cleaning after the polishing .getting that $%#&#% compound out of the aluminium is terrible
some people do the polishung after but me and cjlee do it before and we get nice results

When you buff, do what type wheel do you use? Is it a small dremel buffer with the small detail buffs, or a big 8" wheel like I know you use for other stuff?

I was going to try the small dremel buffs and see what I get, after I coated. Any tips, like wet sand with 1000 first?

small buffs on a dremel will probably end up with uneven finish . i use anything from 8 to 14 inch buffs . i use small wheels only for the hard to reach areas
