RETRO-FIT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unscrew the gray nut on the front of the gun
2. Next, pull out the tip as well as the electrode (the white piece with the wire inserted out).
3. Unscrew back plate on gun where cup screws into. Make sure you keep the yellow lining in between the plate and gun; you will need this for the new plate.
4. When you unscrew the plate, pull out gently, the powder tube will be hooked to this as well.
5. Next, while the plate is slightly pulled back, take a pair of pliers and disconnect the clear air line from the powder tube/plate.
6. You now may pull the plate and powder tube out completely.
7. Next, you will need to unscrew the air line from the bottom of the gun handle. This is the part that your air line from the controller hooks up to.
8. After these parts are unhooked and dissembled you are now ready to insert and attach the new parts.
9. Now you will need to take the first piece of the retro-fit kit, which will be your powder tube:
10. This part will slide in through the back where you took the first plate/tube out of. It slides through in the position just like the picture with the hole on the bottom faced towards the bottom of the gun.
11. Make sure you are careful not to damage the wires when sliding this part through. You may need to turn the part a little or use some elbow grease to get this tube past the wires.
12. Make sure once inserted that this tube is pushed all the way in. The bottom hole should line up with the hole coming from the handle of the gun up, where the next powder tube will go.
13. Next take your next piece, the tube with the black insert at the bottom and screw this in until it is snug and secured to the opening in the bottom of your first piece.
14. Next insert and screw the air line into the bottom of the gun until it is secured and tightly fastened.
15. Finally replace the new back plate and use the same screws and yellow backing that was removed before. You are now ready to spray.
